Executive Elements Blog
When I created Elementum Insights, I knew it had to be more than just a consulting firm. I wanted to build an ecosystem of support for founders and executives—one that didn’t just offer advice, but delivered real clarity, structure, and momentum.
That’s why I launched Elementum Insights as the core consulting arm, focused on fractional executive support in operations, finance, HR, and acquisition integration.
Alongside it, I created:
Elementum Essentials — for businesses that need clean, strategic bookkeeping without building a full finance team.
Elementum Method — a coaching container for founders and leaders ready to grow their business and their leadership.
And to tie it all together, I launched Executive Elements—this blog.
It’s a space for quick, real-world insights drawn from my years working behind the scenes with scaling startups, acquisitions, and everything in between. These are the patterns I see. The lessons that stick. The small shifts that make a big impact when you’re building something from the ground up.
Whether you’re navigating fast growth, hiring your first ops lead, or just trying to reclaim some breathing room—I hope you find something here that helps you move forward with a little more clarity and confidence.
Thanks for being here. Let’s build something solid.
